Unless otherwise stated, this VOSKER product is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty on accessories and a two (2) year limited warranty on camera and limited warranty covering materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase. When claiming warranty service, an electronic sales receipt or customer's proof of purchase must be presented. This warranty is honored only in the country of purchase.
Which power source should I use in cold weather from VOSKER?
Low temperatures can adversely affect the performance of nickel-cadmium (NiCd)/nickel-metal (NiMH) batteries. Using a lithium battery will help keep your camera at peak performance. The V150 model comes with a lithium battery pack (included in the box) that works well in both hot and cold weather. The V150 also has a built-in solar panel for backup power at VOSKER.
What is the cancellation policy of VOSKER.�M�
After placing an order, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order at VOSKER. You will not be able to cancel your order after 24 hours and you can choose to receive the product and then contact them to initiate the return process, or you can reject the product upon delivery. When contacting them, please make sure you have your 5-digit order number and order confirmation email.
