What is the cancellation policy offered by Row Venice?
Row Venice offers cancellation policies for lessons up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, with a refund of €25 per reserved boat. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of failure to attend. Inclement weather cancellations require rescheduling, with a €5 admin fee. Rescheduling is allowed within 48 hours and up to the start time, but incurs a €60 fee within 4 hours.
What about age restriction at Row Venice?
Row Venice addresses age restrictions for rowing. Children aged five and six can row independently or with help from a parent or instructor. Autonomy is expected for six and older, while four and five-year-olds can row with a parent or instructor. Children under four are exempt from charges and can row alongside their parents at their discretion.
