Is there a time limit for Questroom's rooms.�M�
Their time limit will vary in the future as Questroom creates more immersive, creative and one-of-a-kind experiences, but currently they have a 60-minute limit for most of their rooms. You can find time limits for specific games by visiting their page.
I've played other rooms and they paired us with strangers, did Questroom do that.�M�
All of their games are completely private, which means only the people you book in the group will play room at Questroom with you. If you're concerned that your team is too small, there are many online resources that can help you build a team. However, they assure you that all of their games can be played with a minimum of 2 players.
What if I am late to Questroom.�M�
Questroom requires all participants to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled time, fill out the paperwork, use the restroom and start the room introduction. If you show up more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time, you will be turned away and no refund will be given. Traffic in Los Angeles can be very unpredictable, so it's best to arrive early. They have spacious lobbies at each location for you to use!
