When do I pay for a course of Quantum Units Education?

If you have purchased a discount plan, no payment is required, and your certificate will be automatically sent and saved for you at Quantum Units Education. If you pay for the course separately, you will not be prompted to submit payment before passing the exam. Reading materials and tests are free, and you only need to pay for the access certificate. Their system charges a fee for each exam you pass. If you have taken a duplicate course, be sure to delete the extra exam from your shopping cart before making the payment. Please make sure to only click once to submit payment. You will be charged for each click, so just wait for the page to fully load.

What is the refund policy at Quantum Units Education?

Since you only pay the exam fee after you have the opportunity to read the course materials and take the exam, refunds are rare in this case. Once Quantum Units Education's system issues a certificate, unless your licensing committee does not accept it, refunds cannot be processed. If this is the case, they will refund the course fees after obtaining a certificate rejected by the Licensing Committee.

Is there a time limit for the courses at Quantum Units Education?

There is no time limit. The exam is self-study, but when you take the online exam, the system will let you time out after 10 minutes, so if you want to exceed this time, be sure to save your exam (the button at the bottom of the exam). Quantum Units Education always recommends that you print out the exam and complete a hard copy when you read the course materials, and then transfer your answers to the online exam after completion. If you did not save the exam and your computer times out, you may need to retransmit your answers from the hard copy to the online exam.

How does testing work at Quantum Units Education?

This is all "self-paced" learning. You can print the test paper first (click the green "Print Test Paper" button, then read the material at your own pace, and mark the correct answer as you read. After answering the question, you will log in to your account and take the "Official" "Exam (by clicking the orange "Take the exam" button)-this is just a transfer of the answers you get from the printed exam at Quantum Units Education.
