The customer agrees to immediately open the packaging box and properly keep the received plants. After 30 days, it is the customer's responsibility that live, healthy plants cannot thrive. All Plants by Mail plants are shipped in 1, 2 or 3 gallon containers listed in the product name. They guarantee that they will fully take root and mature into their pots. Keep in mind that dwarf differences may be smaller than expected.

Plants by Mail guarantees that only live and healthy plants will be delivered to your doorstep. If the plant you received is not a living or healthy specimen, please take a photo immediately and send it to Plants by Mail via email. If the plants reported within 30 days are unhealthy, inactive, or otherwise in good condition, they will review your photos and replace your plants or refund you.
