The order can be cancelled before 5:00 pm on the day of placing the order. Plants4home will redeem the refund due to plant quality problems (such as serious damage, pests or disease intrusion during delivery). Please enter the refund and your order number and provide the reason for your dissatisfaction. Please attach photos of plants. All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. However, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

You will pay the first payment at the time of purchase and within the next 6 weeks if you are a new customer of afterpay.
