Yes, you can cancel up to 1 hour before check-in time for a full refund. Please call the company's toll-free number or send an email to the company or chat with the company online. You will receive a full refund of your deposit or the amount paid online if the booking is cancelled as a result in Parking Access.

Can I book only the parking space in Parking Access or only the hotel?

Parking Access's package includes all components and the company cannot sell it individually. You can only search for the parking spaces using their website but not hotel rooms and it will only include parking spaces. Some hotels only offer parking but the company's package offer is the 1 night with free parking.

Are all airport parking facilities in Parking Access participating in the frequent parking program.�M�

Parking Access offers a very interesting parking reward system in lieu of individual frequent parking plans for each parking lot. You can earn parking rewards by using coupons or discount codes or by referring a friend or by parking multiple times.

Does Parking Access have a shuttle to and from the airport?

Each hotel provides information about its transportation options which you can find on the company's search results page or on each hotel's details page on its website. Typically, Parking Access's free shuttle runs every from the 10 to the 15 minutes but please check carefully as some shuttles start at different times and may or may not be available for your departure flight.
