Yes, you can! You will receive a ready-to-pickup notification via email within 24-48 hours of placing your order from Myplasticheart. To pick up your order, please come during their hours of operation and bring your invoice, valid ID and the credit card used to make the purchase.
Order cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to a 15% cancellation fee at Myplasticheart. They do not accept cancellations for gallery and exhibit items, original artwork (including custom toys), or pre-orders. Once these payments have been received, your order cannot be canceled or returned.
Some of the items they have available for purchase are pre-order items, which means you pay in full at Myplasticheart in advance prior to the item's official release/ship date. An estimated release/ship date will be noted in the product description and will not be shipped to you until that date. Please note that shipping schedules are subject to change and all sales of pre-ordered items are final. Once payment for these items has been received, your order cannot be canceled or returned.

Their payment platforms do not share credit card information with their website, and hence the company's owners and employees cannot access this data.
