In some cases, additional security deposit may be required. If applicable, the deposit will be refunded no later than the 15th day of the month following the date of termination of the rental by the guest, provided the property has not been damaged, requires no additional cleaning, has not been rearranged and rubbish removed at Luxury Coastal Vacations. Damages for non-applicable damages waiver fees shall not be limited to the bond amount and shall also include any and all costs, including applicable attorneys' fees, incurred in recovering such damages.

What payment methods does Luxury Coastal Vacations accept?

Prepayment by credit card at the time of booking and the down payment is for rent, not a refundable deposit. Unless otherwise stated, depending on the unit rented and length of stay, the full balance should be paid by credit card, check or e-check 45 to 60 days prior to arrival and all payments must be made in US dollars at Luxury Coastal Vacations.

What is the cancellation policy of Luxury Coastal Vacations?

If the reservation is cancelled for any reason after the first 24 hours of the reservation, the full down payment will be forfeited AT Luxury Coastal Vacations. Cancellations made within 46 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of the booking value. If final payment is not received 45 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file (see Prepayment above).
