What should I do if I lose my Ktool gift card?
The gift card will be sent to the designated recipient by e-mail after receiving payment. Please protect your gift card code and the ticket holder should be responsible for its loss or theft. If your gift card is lost or stolen and you have proof of purchase, please call or email the company by email. The balance shown in the record will be reissued by Ktool.
Can I pay on Ktool by international card?
Yes you can pay with an international card but your bank may restrict your online purchases in other countries. If the problem persists please contact the customer department of Ktool or the service hotline of your card opening bank who will help you review your case with the payment partner of the company.
If I pay in cash, when will the refund of Ktool arrive?
If you choose the credit card to settle accounts and complete the refund after the acceptance of the goods of Ktool it will take about 7-14 days for different banks to enter the account.
