At HOOK+GAFF if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days and items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition. Please use the original packaging and include your purchase receipt and you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days to your credit card or original payment method and all shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
