For all customers who drive to their facility, any arrival time 30 minutes later than your scheduled arrival time will be considered late at Gunship Helicopters. For all customers being picked up at their facility, any arrival at your pickup location 15 minutes later than your scheduled pickup time will be considered late. If you do not check in/pick up on time, your deposit will be forfeited and your flight will be cancelled.

What is the cancellation policy of Gunship Helicopters?

Provided that you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please contact them immediately. You can call them and submit an email and then they will try to accommodate your request. Given that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will not receive a refund from Gunship Helicopters.
