Do I need to download App of Goshare?
Goshare’s suite of software products includes four helpful mobile apps for customers and drivers on iOS and Android. Their apps are compatible with most tablets on Android and Apple iPads and are highly rated by their customers and drivers. They will release new app updates with improvements every 2-3 weeks. Their customer app allows yiou to request last mile delivery, moving help and hauling services from their network of thousands of delivery professionals who own pickup trucks, cargo vans, box trucks and sedans. Book your delivery on demand or schedule in advance. Track the status of your project, pay, and rate your delivery pro – all in the app! Plus, you can download the app to get free estimates for your next delivery or home move.
What's Goshare's cancellation policy.�M�
A cancellation fee is needed if you cancel after you schedule a delivery and one of Goshare's delivery professionals accepts your request. The fee is $10 per delivery professional if canceled an hour before the project start. If canceled within 60 minutes of the project start time, the fee is $20. If you need to reschedule a delivery after you book it, please contact their customer service team via email or by using their online chat. Note that all fees are non-refundable.
What methods of payment does Goshare accept?
Goshare is a completely cashless business. When you register them, they will ask you for your credit card information. After the job is complete they will charge your credit card based on the total amount of time it took to complete the job. They will put a hold on your credit card for $100 or the amount equal to the estimated cost of the job, whichever is greater. To ensure the highest level of security they use SSL site encryption and your payment info is stored and protected by Braintree which is owned by PayPal.
Does Goshare provide assemble services?
Yes. Goshare offers assembly services for a low flat rate, based on the number of items you need to be assembled. You can select “Assembly” in the “Special Equipment” section of your order to see price quotes for your project. At this time, they are unable to offer appliance installation or assembly services for cribs, bunk beds, gazebos, outdoor play structures, sheds, and billiard tables.
