Do I have to be an experienced runner to participate at Glow Festival.�M�

No. There will be many great 5ks to test speed and performance. However, Glow Festival is a non-competitive and untimed 5k color game that you can experience with friends and family. You can run, jog, walk or cartwheel freely on the track!

What is the refund policy at Glow Festival.�M�

Glow Festival does not provide refunds. The logistics of setting up and planning activities make it impossible amd locations and dates may change. They will make every effort to maintain the original date and location, but certain locations may be cancelled or city regulations make the date or location unusable. Before registering, please make sure that everything goes well for you. If for some reason you cannot participate in the match day, you can convert your ticket to next year's event!

What if the weather is bad at Glow Festival?

They pay close attention to the weather forecast before the event. If the weather is not sunny enough to put the lights on safely, the event will be postponed until later at Glow Festival. If the event needs to be rescheduled, they will send emails, tweets and Facebook event page notifications.
