Flashframe suggests searching by alternative methods such as time, location or their patented color search. If there are no results, look at the results and search for people who have done it near you, you may be hidden in the picture! It is also possible that part of the bib is occluded or invisible. Try searching for permutations of bibs that don't have all the numbers.
They are tagged, watermarked, sorted and indexed by their algorithms once the photos are uploaded to Flashframe. Depending on the number of photos you've uploaded, this may take a few minutes. If the upload portal confirms that your photo was uploaded correctly (the blue bar reaches 100%), your photo has been successfully received and will be processed shortly. If you've waited more than 12 hours and still don't see your photo, please contact them and let them know. Please also note that if you do not have a credit/debit card on file then your photo will not be available.
Before uploading a photo, the logo needs to be added to the album by editing the gallery from the home page. The logo will be placed on the photo during the indexing and marking steps of Flashframe. If you add logos to the gallery after you upload a photo, they won't be able to retroactively add those logos to the photo.
Due to the huge amount of photos Flashframe gets, they do not allow uploading files larger than 4MB to the site. The 4MB limit also ensures that all of your customers will be able to successfully receive their purchased photos, regardless of platform or device. Don't worry, they've sold thousands of photos via Flashframe and are sure that 4MB can hold enough data to keep everyone happy.
