If the agent is not right for you, they will refund you at Fine Proxy within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are made in the same way you've paid in the past. To return, you must contact support services. After 24 hours from the date of payment, you may cancel the order and the unused funds will be refunded to your account's internal balance. You can cancel an order every three days in your personal account without contacting the support service.
8 days after activating the package, a button will appear in your account allowing you to "recreate" the proxy list from Fine Proxy's proxy buffer. This means the list will be partially updated. It's hard to say what %, because this is not done manually and depends on many factors: total number of IPs in the database, your tariff, number of clients, load, and even your luck.
When using a login and password, you can only work at Fine Proxy with one Internet provider at a time within the subnet mask. If you're working on two, three, or ten servers, then you'll need to buy each server its own account. When authorizing via login and password, the agent will work within the /21 mask of the IP bound in the personal account, the IP range is calculated automatically. To do this, go to the panel, bind to IP. The provider mask will be determined automatically. If for some reason you change the provider, you can always change the binding. Setting up the bond takes 5-10 minutes.
In fact, all of their proxies require at least a binding IP, and some require a login and password at Fine Proxy. After all, you're not binding the agent to the same inspector, and more importantly, the inspector doesn't know the login and password from the agent. No need to check their proxies on 3rd party services, just set it up and run and they are all workers.
