Charlotte Marathon can provide all registration services for your event, manage all incoming mail and data entry required for the event, manage the event database, assign bibs to all event participants. Charlotte Marathon provides timing and scoring services for each individual event. They will provide online data management through online registration, process all necessary data downloads from online registration, provide all necessary supplies (tags, chips, timing tags, zippers, etc.), score participants for each race, provide comprehensive race scores and reward scores. They will also post the results of the competition to their website and any other link provided/specified by the customer by 5pm on the day of the competition.

What timing equipments does Charlotte Marathon provide.�M�

Provide timing and scoring services for each individual event. It will provide all electronic timing and scoring equipment, including all ChampionChip/Chronotrack timing systems required in the start/finish line area, race clocks for the track and finish line, and any backup timing equipment. They will provide all operators of the equipment at Charlotte Marathon.

Does Charlotte Marathon provide curriculum measurement services.�M�

Charlotte Marathon will measure and certify courses in accordance with USATF guidelines and rules. They will process all paperwork, course maps and certification fees paid to USATF. They will provide documentation to the Tournament Director for the record. They will provide on-RunCharlotte staff who will set up cones, directional signs, mile markers/information signs and water stop supplies on the day of the event, and clean route signs/cones.
