What is the cancellation policy of Cap Wholesalers?

Cancellation is subject to a 20% purchase fee and order cancellation can only be done before shipment. Customized silk-screen printing and customized embroidered caps: Once an order is placed with a customized logo and then cancelled, a 20% restocking fee, digitization, setup and shipping will be charged. Custom embroidered caps are not returnable at Cap Wholesalers.
