What payment methods does BuyBrakes accept?
They accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Amazon Pay, Affirm and PayPal and they do not store credit card information at BuyBrakes. Do not schedule an appointment with your mechanic until the part has been delivered to you. When you receive your item, please inspect the parts to make sure they are exactly as you ordered. Once complete, you are able to schedule your appointment.
Does BuyBrakes provide warranty?
BuyBrakes will assist with all warranties provided by individual manufacturers in accordance with their policies. The manufacturer may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective merchandise. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of purchased parts only. Damage caused by abuse, installation errors, adjustment problems, or other equipment failure is not covered, nor will it be covered for shipping, labor, rental car, shipping, injury, or other liability claims. Racing parts or large brake kits are considered racing items and are not covered.
What is the cancellation policy of BuyBrakes?
If your item has not shipped please contact them and they will handle the cancellation if possible, but if the item has shipped just accept the part and return it normally at BuyBrakes. They have a process for handling damaged shipments and if you contact them immediately and save all packaging, they will send a replacement immediately.
