Arctica Race recommends that you measure your underwear for best results. They recommend taking the next size up if in between sizes. You want your arms relaxed at your sides, measuring under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. You can measure the length of the inner calf, from the top of the thigh to the ankle. Fitting ski pants should only come to the ankle bone.
