What is the refund policy at Ice Continuing Education?

All requests for refunds will be denied by Ice Continuing Education unless the following conditions are met: the student wishes to receive a refund for courses that are not more than 180 days past the original subscription period and the online course version has not been completed. For states that include testing, testing or final exams have not yet begun online. All refunds received after 7 days will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee.
